  • 6 To 8Cubes Of Red Capsicum
  • 6 To 8Cubes Of Green Capsicum

Method:

  1. if you do not have hung curd or thick curd, add about 1 ½ cups of dahi or curd to a muslin cloth. Squeeze off and drain the excess whey from curd.
  2. Add red chili powder, turmeric, salt, garam masala, coriander powder, chaat masala, , ginger garlic paste, oil, besan, and lemon juice to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add 6 tbsps hung curd to the mixing bowl. Mix everything well and check the salt and spices. If needed add more salt and chilli. Add the cubed capsicum, Mushrooms and onions. Mix well. Then add paneer cubes and gently coat them with the marinade.
  4. Cover and rest this in the fridge for 1-2 hour.
  5. Begin to thread the chunks of capsicum, onion and paneer alternately on the skewers. Grill the skewers on oven on for 10mins and then flip the skewers on other side and again grill them for 10mins. This way they will be cooked evenly.
  6. Take them out from oven and plate them with green mint coriander chutney.
  7. The delicious paneer tikka and grilled veggies are ready to serve. You can pair them with any of your favorite mocktails. I love to serve them with virgin Mojito.
