Ingredients:
- 5-6 Potatoes Cut Into Fingers Soaked In Water
- Red Chili Flakes 1 Teaspoon
- Red Chili Paste 2 Teaspoon
- Red Chili Sauce 2 Teaspoon
- Corn flour/ Corn Starch 5 Tablespoons
- Salt To Taste
- Oil 1 Tablespoon
- Garlic Chopped 5-6 Cloves
- Vinegar 2 Teaspoons
- Honey 2 Tablespoons
- Sugar 1/2 Teaspoon
- Fresh Coriander Leaves Chopped 1 Tablespoon
- Spring Onion Greens Chopped 2 Stalks
Method:
- Wash the potatoes and peel them clean. Cut into small fingers.
- In a bowl, mix together garlic, red chilies, salt, corn flour and mix well. Keep aside for 3 to 5 minutes. Now add the potatoes and toss well so that the mixture completely coats them.
- Heat sufficient oil in a frying pan over high flame and deep fry potatoes till crisp and golden. Drain excess oil and place them on an absorbent paper.
- Now heat teaspoon oil in another pan & add garlic and ginger. Saute for a minute then add sesame seeds, vinegar and tomato sauce, cook for a minute and turn off the heat. Add honey, seasonings and spring onion bulbs and saute till translucent.
- Add red chili sauce, vinegar, red chili flakes, sugar and honey..Mix well and cook for half minute. Add salt and mix well. Lower the heat and add fried potato wedges.
- Mix well, add spring onion greens and mix again.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
