Ingredients:
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1 1/2Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Garlic
- Salt To Taste
- 2Cup Mushrooms Sliced
- ½ Red Bell Paper Chopped
- ½ Yellow Bell Paper Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Soya Sauce
- 1 Tablespoons Chili Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Corn Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
- Pinch Of Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Chopper coriander leaves to garnish
Method:
- Cut the Mushrooms, Bell papers and finely chop garlic and onion.
- Heat a non-stick skillet/pan and pour olive oil into it once it’s nice and hot add garlic in it.
- Saute, until pale golden. Add onion and cook, until softened.
- Add mushrooms and Bell papers soy sauce and sauté mixture over moderately high heat, until mushrooms begin to brown.
- Add vinegar, oregano, and chili flakes and mix well.
- Mix corn flour in water and make a thin batter and pour it onto the pan. Stir continuously to avoid lumping and boil until liquid starts thickening, add water if necessary to thin to desired consistency..
- Add in chopper coriander leaves and season gravy with salt and pepper. Serve it with fried rice as a side dish. Enjoy :)
