Ingredients:

2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
3 Cups Cooked Rice
3 Tbsp Oil
2 Tsp Finely Chopped Green Chillies
1/2 Cup Sliced Onions
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Red Bellpaper
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Yellow Bellpaper
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Green Bellpaper
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Zuccini
1/2  Cup  Finely Chopped Carrots
1/2 Tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 Tsp Vinegar
Pinch Of Black Paper Powder
Salt To Taste
Finely Chopped Coriander To Garnish

Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and once its nice and hot, add the garlic and saute till the garlic turns brown.Azra
  2. Add the green chilies and onion and saute on a high flame for a minute.
  3. Add the vegetables and saute on a high flame for 2 minutes.Azra
  4. Add the soya sauce, vinegar, black paper powder and salt, mix well and cook on a high flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  5. Add the boiled rice and mix carefully so rice grains do not break and all the spices and vegetables are mixed properly.Azra
  6. Garnished it with coriander leaves and serve hot with Mushroom & Bell Papers Gravy.Azra
